Locked

Image
Trisha Sharma The conscience is locked up and the key is lost, Due to which every man has become worst. Since it has been difficult to distinguish between good and bad, Our mother earth has turned to be sad and sad.   It is wistful to hear, A murderer to murder without any tear. Astonishing it is to see a bungalow in the East, And a beggar begging in cold mist.   A sweet and innocent soul gifted by God, Is whipped by people through intense roughshod. No shame and mercy in a man, Who never thinks of before raping a woman.   Love , affection, emotions are words found in dictionary, Which people had once thrown out from their own memory. Disgraceful to see a man’s hatred for one another, Although they are only responsible for such a reason further.   I wonder where is the key to unlock our conscience, Which can bring goodness in just a catch sight. Only I want is the people to find the key with full try, So that our mother Earth can forget to cry. *Student, Hons Semester V

Trisha Sharma Adhoc! Said the doctor, When the mother was to deliver. Aches and pains she has gone through, And then fell a bolt from the blue!   Exasperated face, the doctor saw, When he congratulated the in-laws. All cried over split milk, But nothing could be done except graving the ill!   The lamp lits when a boy arrives, Can anyone succeed in reasoning behind? After so many renovations of old instruments, Nobody can renovate the thoughts of every common men.   A wonderful creature made by God, Is turndown by people of tight knot. More skillful than men, But are suppressed because of jealousy in them.   A need for nourishing an infant, A need for a man, A need for next generation, Is what you can define a girl!   Two hands like men, Can win millions of game . Don’t think that she is only to give birth, She is a salt of the Earth!   Being a girl wants to convey a message to all men, ESTEEM WOMEN……. If her hands can nourish a child, For you can be a dynamite!

Manisha Deb Sarkar  Planning the visit:  Ziro valley – Homeland of Apatani tribe It was 2016. I was sitting unperturbed as the steady grip of Dr. Rupa holding her ‘Bolero’ steering was slowly crawling up the scary zig-zag roadways leading me to Ziro, a unique town in Arunachal Pradesh. Dr. Rupa and her family lives here. She hails from the non-nomadic Apatani ethnic tribal group and is presently working as Assistant Professor of Geography at Rajiv Gandhi National University in Itanagar, the capital city of Arunachal Pradesh. I expressed my desire to visit her hometown and talk with this unique tribal people. Dr. Rupa gladly took me over there and helped me in two ways.
